Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong Actionscript programmer who is an expert of experts. We have a unique opportunity for such a person to become part of a small startup where the sky is the limit. You must have about 5 years experience with Flex Programming. While we *are* looking for the Flex guru, we also need that person to be somewhat well-rounded with experience in other programming languages and disciplines. This person will need a strong work ethic and be self-motivated - as we are a small startup, this person will need to be kick ass at figuring things out and getting things done.
Who are we?
We are a small team with many years of experience in a wide array of disciplines. We possess various levels of experience in probably every major programming language out there. We have program and project management experience; business management experience; and experience leading engineering teams within major corporations. We've designed large-scale enterprise systems; and have worked with fortune 500 customers.
What will you be working on?
You've likely already seen the product, Lumzy, our popular prototyping tool. We are looking for the right candidate to help us take this to the next level of functionality by improving upon what we already have, and adding new features that don't currently exist. We have lots of ideas, but we also want and need your input and ideas, and for you to become a contributing member of the core team to help build this business and take it to the next level.
We are a lean startup and believe in introducing incremental features all year long based on the usage and suggestions of our user community. You will be responsible for:
